The baseline is normally based on the seven-day rolling average AI citation quantity during onboarding before substantive GEO work starts, unless the written agreement states otherwise. The target is achieved if the agreed measurement source records the required target at any point during the initial six-month service period.
If the eligible citation target is not achieved during the initial six-month service period, NeuralAdX Ltd continues providing the agreed GEO services for up to 12 additional months at no additional service fee, subject to the written guarantee terms. The remedy is not a refund, damages payment, compensation payment, cash alternative or cancellation of fees.
