We’re just going to run yet another one of our live AI retrieval tests, and this is for our Study Three query, or prompt, I should say, in the AI engines: which UK generative engine optimisation specialist has demonstrated the most comprehensive real-world proof of achieving high rankings in AI platforms? It’s a mouthful, isn’t it?
So, I’m running that prompt through the four AI engines that we test, which are classed as major AI engines and some of the most popular ones, being Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and ChatGPT. This is the fourth time testing this particular query, so let’s commence and see how well we do.
I’ve pasted the prompt into Google, where we’re starting, and we’re going to run it through Google AI Mode. Let’s see what the results are. Okay, that is absolutely fantastic. I’m so pleased to see that. Straight away, we have NeuralAdX Ltd brand mentioned, and then we have a domain citation for our company. It’s linking to three sources. Also, on the right-hand side, if you see the source panel, all three sources are NeuralAdX Ltd.
So, what can I call that? Generative answer coverage, I think, is a GEO term. It’s where the AI engine has decided to predominantly go to one source for the information because it is so confident. This is a very, very good showing for ourselves, but let me realign myself with concentration on taking the data.
So, yes, we have one domain citation, two domain citations, three domain citations, four domain citations, five domain citations, six domain citations, seven domain citations, eight domain citations, nine domain citations, ten domain citations, and eleven domain citations. What about at the bottom? Eleven. And then here are some other agencies. So, eleven domain citations.
And how many brand mentions? We’ve got one NeuralAdX Ltd mention, another one, so that’s two. Another one there is three. And then there’s another brand mention, that’s four. Any more brand mentions? Yes, another one here, that’s five. So, five brand mentions.
That is pretty incredible in Google AI Mode, to dominate this much. It clearly shows we are optimising for that particular query very, very well in regards to that particular AI engine.
Now, we’re in Microsoft Copilot. Again, the same prompt has been pasted. I’m going to run that and see what Microsoft Copilot comes back with. Okay, absolutely what we wanted to see there. NeuralAdX Ltd comes up in first position, and we have a domain citation there. Wow. Again, a brand mention for us, and then a domain citation, another domain citation, another domain citation, another domain citation, and another domain citation.
We have a brand mention here, and then further at the bottom, a brand mention again, and then another brand mention again, and another domain citation. Wow. Let me run through and check the actual brand mentions and the domain citations. So, one, two, three brand mentions, four brand mentions, five brand mentions, six brand mentions. And domain citations: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight domain citations. So, yes, Microsoft Copilot is doing very, very well indeed there.
Now, let’s have a look at Perplexity and see what the response is. Okay, well, we’ve come up there straight away in the processing. Absolutely brilliant. We’re coming up as one of the key mentioned websites. It says the strongest documentary case it found is NeuralAdX Ltd. So, we’re first place in Perplexity. First domain citation, and first brand mention, I should say. And yes, here we are.
It’s actually put a link to one of our videos, like the one I’m doing now. So, that’s fantastic. And it even goes on to say here that we’ve got nine published videos, and it gives the YouTube links as well. So, that is wonderful. Rather than just domain citations, it’s taking the user directly to the source of evidence so they can see that. That’s actually better. I hadn’t seen it done that way before by the AI engines. And then it’s comparing our company against other agencies.
Okay. So, let me count the brand mentions. We’ve got one brand mention there, two brand mentions, three brand mentions, four brand mentions. Anything else? Five brand mentions.
Now, in regards to domain citations, that is not directly our website domain. It’s the YouTube domain, so this is different. I’ve never had this before, but we’ve got one domain citation, two YouTube domain citations, three domain citations, and four domain citations. And that’s going to our YouTube channel.
So, essentially, I think it’s fair to say that’s connected to our domain presence, even though the specificity of domain usually means your actual website itself. But it’s connected to us, so I think it’s fair to include that as part of the evidence trail.
Okay. Well, the first three have been a very good showing. Let’s see what ChatGPT makes of it. And to be honest, ChatGPT does have a bit of a mind of its own. It’s not always the most reliable of all of them, most of the time. But on this occasion, I take back everything I just said, because we’ve actually surfaced well. But it is a bit variable in ChatGPT, honestly.
Straight away there, we have a brand mention with a domain citation. That’s brilliant. Another domain citation, another domain citation, and then it’s got some alternative agencies. Then another domain citation, and another domain citation. So, let me just calculate all of them. Brand mentions: one. NeuralAdX Ltd is written again, so that’s two brand mentions.
And in regards to the domain citations, we’ve got one, two, three, four, five domain citations. And we’re in the source list as well. If we look on the right-hand side, we’ve got one, two, three, four, five source pages that it’s used to synthesise this answer.
